Abstract

Living donor liver transplantation (LDLT) is a durable treatment for end-stage liver disease due to biliary atresia (BA) with excellent graft and patient survivals as shown in our previous study (1). Vascular complications are a major cause of graft failure in LDLT, particularly in children, where size disparity between donor and recipient vessels is often unavoidable.
