Abstract
ABSTRACTWe report the complete genome sequence of a Japanese isolate of Tea plant necrotic ring blotch virus (TPNRBV-J). The predicted TPNRBV-J genes have the same organization as those of a Chinese isolate, and the 5′ termini of the segments have conserved nucleotide sequences.
