Abstract

ABSTRACTPseudomonas putida G7 (111) is an aerobic bacterial species discovered in soil known to harbor the naphthalene-degrading NAH7 plasmid. Here, we report the genome sequence of G7. The genome was assembled by Nanopore sequencing and consisted of a chromosome of 6.4 Mbp with a G+C content of 62.13%.
