ABSTRACTMicrococcus luteus strain CW.Ay was isolated from indoor air in Hong Kong. The complete genome (2,543,764 bp; GC content, 72.93%) was established by hybrid assembly and comprised a linear plasmid and a single chromosome featuring many genes to account for its broad distribution in very diverse habitats.
