Abstract
The paper presents Some results of research in complete controllability for linear constant systems with control constraints, with special emphasis in control fuel, energy and opening constraints. At first the problems for discrete-time systems have been studied, then for continuous-time systems. In a sense the paper answers the proplems of extence in optimal control for linear constant systems with control constraints. Most of results obtained are all sufficient and necessary. They may be useful in practice.
