Abstract

A compilation of currently available experimental data on some physicochemical properties of solvated electrons (e-s) in 99 pure polar solvents at room temperature is presented. These properties include the wavelength of the maximum of the e-s optical absorption spectrum, the molar extinction coefficient at this maximum, the radiolytic free-ion yield, and the mobility of e-s in the considered liquids. Various characteristics of the liquids, such as the viscosity and the static dielectric constant, are also listed.
