Abstract
This study it has as main objectives identify the abilities perceived as necessary to efficient businesses performance, the abilities desired for them, as well as pointing as the entrepreneurs/managers learn these abilities and evaluate the training agencies . The data had been collected through personal interviews, based on structured script , carried through with 43 entrepreneurs/managers of hotels of small hospitality business located in Curitiba, Paran·.
