Abstract

With the tourism e-commerce rising in the global, people's demand for online tourism information and business is increasing. More and more various types of tourism websites are appearing, and competition among them is stronger. Hence, how to improve the competitiveness of tourism websites is an urgent problem. Based on the past researches on the competitiveness of tourism websites, after considering tourism websites' characters and the business requirements, three evaluation indexes of website design, information setting and effect are chosen to evaluate the competitiveness of tourism websites. When the evaluation indexes are determined, the analytic hierarchy process (AHP) method is used to calculate the index weight, and then the ranking list of the competitiveness evaluation of some tourism websites in China is obtained.
