Abstract

The aim of the paper is to present the change of SCP paradigm (Strategy - Conduct - Performance) to Competitive Dynamics Research as the result of the phenomenon of hypercompetition. It was reflected in the numerous own research conducted by the author which referred to the formulation of the company’s strategy on the basis of the strategic analysis including the sector’s analysis. The companies operating in the dynamic competitive environment concentrate more on strategic and operational activities of their competitors than on the structural analysis of the sector.
