Abstract

Companies in general must be able to adapt in the midst of such rapid changes. Human Resources (HR) is the most valuable asset in a company because humans are the element that plays the most role in managing which is the main characteristic of modern organizations as seen today. Employee competence affects the use of information technology, it is better to evaluate the competence of HR and information technology immediately so that in the future the company can improve employee performance. This research uses descriptive research with a qualitative approach, where the data sources are obtained from library sources from journals, observations and interviews that still have relevance to the topic of this research. The results of this study indicate that at the Accounting Services Office of PT Eriadi Fatkhur Rokhman Medan that the Operations Manager and Treasurer / Administration who work at the Accounting Services Office of PT. Eriadi Fatkhur Rokhman Medan feels that he is quite competent in the positions given to employees. Simultaneously there is an influence between the competence of human resources and information technology in improving employee performance. This needs to be considered and taken into account so that PT. Eriadi Fatkhur Rokhman can improve services to meet customer satisfaction and increase customer loyalty who use accountant services.Keywords : Human Resource Competence, Information Technology, Employee Performance
