Abstract

Electrical transport and thermal properties were studied on compensated Si:P with special interest in the critical behavior around the metal-nonmetal (MN) transition induced by Anderson localization in disordered system, measuring DC electrical resistivity and specific heat. Rigidity of the band structure and critical behavior of localization length were confirmed from the electronic specific heat and the Mott formula resistivity.
