Abstract

The expectations for knowing the outdoor position is increasing along with the demand for location based service(LBS). This paper considers the problems of fingerprinting localization in cellular mobile network base on RSS observations. First, we create a mobile location signal space database as radio map. And then we introduce a new localization method called spatial-temporal localization method to improve the localization accuracy. This method combines the advantage of both the spatial localization method and the temporal localization method.
