Abstract

COMPASS (COmmon Muon Proton Apparatus for Structure and Spectroscopy) is a high-energy physics experiment at the Super Proton Synchrotron (SPS) at CERN in Geneva, Switzerland. The purpose of this experiment is to study the hadron structure and hadron spectrum using high intensity muon and hadron beams. Some sort of on-line monitoring system, which will continuously monitor quality of actual experiment run is required for such experiment. This system is called COOOL (Compass Object Oriented OnLine) in case of COMPASS. This paper briefly describes architecture of COOOL, our changes to this system and ongoing tasks for the future.
