Abstract
In this paper, we study the saint venant equations for analyzing the flow of water in different channels. The comparison between various open channels under different circumstances is established. We study some new results related to the non uniform and unsteady flow of water in open channels. Some numerical experiments are also presented that shown the validity of main results.
