Abstract
目的 比较关节镜下松解和股四头肌成形术两种方法治疗膝关节伸直性僵硬的疗效.方法 1993年4月～2004年3月共对45例膝关节伸直性僵硬患者进行手术治疗,其中18例行股四头肌成形术(A组),27例行关节镜下松解术(B组),比较两组治疗效果.结果 所有患者获得7～19个月(平均12个月)随访,膝关节功能按照Judet疗效评定法:A组优8例,良7例,可3例,优良率为83.3%,膝关节活动度较术前平均增加58°;B组优20例,良6例,可1例,优良率为96.3%,膝关节活动度较术前平均增加70°.B组优良率明显高于A组,差异有显著性意义(P＜0.05).结论 与股四头肌成形术相比,关节镜下松解治疗膝关节伸直性僵硬具有损伤小、恢复快、疗效好、并发症少的优点。
