Abstract
The SCL-90R was used to compare World War II PTSD (ex-POWs) and non-PTSD veterans with Vietnam War PTSD and non-PTSD veterans. While PTSD veterans reported more distress than non-PTSD veterans, Vietnam veterans reported greater distress than WWII veterans.
