Abstract
In this report will be given a comparison of properties of symmetrical layer nets with local feed-back loops with properties of nets without feed-back loops. The case of two layer nets will be discussed only. Some method of mathematical description of the above mentioned nets will be given then. The method makes it possible to compare the properties of structures. It will be pointed out on the base of calculations that the layer nets with feedback loops possess more general properties than the nets without feed-back loops. It will be proved also that by means of layer nets with feed-back loops the properties of complex cells discovered by Hubel and Wiesel can be explained.
