Abstract
OBJECTIVE: Single embryo transfer can decrease multiple pregnancies but it has also resulted in lower pregnancy rate than double embryo transfer in fresh cycle. It has been suggested that extended embryo culture to the blastocyst stage would increase the likelihood of pregnancy. The aim of this study is to compare the efficacy of single blastocyst transfer (SBT) versus double blastocyst transfer (DBT) on day 5 in fresh cycles.
