Abstract
Scintigraphic images with Ga-67 accumulated in amyloid substance in a sensitive, but nonspecific way. On the contrary, Tc-99m MAA is able to show hypoperfusion resulting from mechanical damage. The authors describe a case of pulmonary amyloidosis in a patient with primary amyloidosis with accumulation of Ga-67 in the areas where Tc-99m MAA shows strongly hypoactive areas
