Abstract

The article is devoted to the study of the professional orientation of senior and junior school students in the direction of "physical culture". The questionnaire "Research of the professional orientation of bachelors of the direction of physical culture" was compiled, which included questions with multiple answers and open-ended questions. The study involved 30 undergraduate students of the Ural Federal University with a degree in Physical Education. It was found that students with vocational education have a higher level of career guidance and self-determination. There is no vocational guidance in the junior courses, and the third-year students by the end of the third year have not decided on the final direction of their professional activity. As a result, it can be established that vocational guidance work should be carried out at all stages of study at the university.
