Abstract
This paper deals with the comparison of peak to peak voltage and number of partial discharge detected by HFCT and Loop Antenna in Metal Enclosed High Voltage Equipment. Researh discusses the method of Patial Discharge(PD) measurement and detection of electrical equipment that has metallic characteristics (metall box). The mothod used in performing detection and measurement of PD is Ultra-High Frequency (UHF) based on IEC 60270 and High Frequency Current Transformer (HFCT) [3][10]. This method is the ability to perform detection and measurement without necessarily. Sensors used for testing are loop antennas and HFCT. Also done with various variations of voltage. The measurement result is then compared between antenna and HFCT for antenna sensitivit level used.
