Abstract
This article examines the influence of the climate of the growing region on the level of NO3 anions in fruits. This study focuses on a specific fruit – apples. To identify the influence of the climate of the growing region on the ecological quality of apples, an analysis of the anion content in apples from growing regions with three different types of climate was carried out. The results obtained make it possible to assess the level of influence of the climate of the growing region on the level of anions in apples. The results of the study are relevant for planning the location of agricultural enterprises involved in growing fruits, improving the quality and environmental friendliness of fruits based on the choice of growing region, and conducting new research in the field of agriculture and ecology.
