Abstract

Objectives: To compare the difference in incidence of lower extremity lymphedema after robotic surgical staging for uterine cancer employing standard pelvic lymphadenectomy and selective pelvic lymphadenectomy with sparing of the lateral external iliac chain as well as to evaluate the adequacy of selective approach in detecting lymph node metastases.
