Abstract

OBJECTIVE: Recombinant Human Chorionic Gonadotropins (rHCG) are commonly used for triggering ovulation during IVF cycles. We reviewed the outcomes of long lupron-downregulated IVF cycles to compare the efficacy of urinary hCG (uhCG) with recombinant hCG preparations with an emphasis on retrieval outcomes and pregnancy rates.
