Abstract

Fenestrated endovascular aneurysm repair (fEVAR) endografts with additional proximal fenestrations are the subject of upcoming pivotal trials in the United States. This study sought to use patient-specific flow simulation (CFS) to assess the differences in hemodynamic effects associated with two-vessel (2v) vs four-vessel (4v) fEVAR after repair of complex aortic aneurysms.
