Abstract

With the development of the electronic equipment field, the component miniaturization has become an inevitable trend. Since the discovery of graphene, a diverse of different research on low-dimensional nanomaterials has been intensive. There is no lack of materials with excellent performance. Graphene nanoribbons and phosphorene nanoribbons, as two very important materials in this research direction, the comparison of the two properties has always been the concern of scholars. This research summarizes the years of graphene nanoribbons and phosphorene nanoribbons in the band gap, preparation method and other aspects of the article, through the horizontal comparison, found that the gap between the two is not high, such as carrier mobility maintains a similarly high level. Phosphorene nanoribbons has a small advantage in on/off ratio with its intrinsic band gap. However, due to its high chemical reactivity, the preparation still has defects, and it is difficult to reach the height of graphene nanoribbons in practical application.
