Abstract

Background: The graft patency is the major factor limiting the initial clinical benefits of revascularization and patient survival. Transit time flow measurement (TTFM) provides a mean graft flow (MGF), a flow waveform, and derived values such as the palsatility index (PI). Nobody has reported that the graft patency could be anticipated using analysis of the graft flow waveform. Object: We demonstrated the characters of grafts flow wave form by using a fast Fourier transformation (FFT) analysis.
