Abstract

Science and technology constitute a primary productive force. Countries in the world, whether developed or not, have put their strategies of science and technology development above the national policy of improving science and technology competitiveness and overall national strength, maintaining social and economic policy on sustainable development. Based on the trends of contemporary science and technology, the article explores the technology development strategy of United States, France, Japan, India and other countries, and puts forward the strategic options and the concrete practicable methods of China's regional technology development.
