Abstract
The Corometrics 220 pH System was compared to a clinical blood gas laboratory in the measurement of the pH of fetal scalp blood. The mean errors of measurement obtained in 49 samples was significantly less with the Corometrics 220 pH System than with the clinical blood gas laboratory. The 220 System was also more precise.
