Abstract

This article begins with the growth of Chinese and Japanese brands and introduces an overview of the legal systems of famous trademarks in the two countries. On this basis, a comparative study was made on the contents of the famous trademark systems of the two countries, such as the recognition system of famous trademarks, the individual legal protection of famous trademarks, and the defense of trademark systems. At the end of the article, which talked about the views on how to improve the legal protection of famous trademarks in China in the future.
