INTRODUCTION Anterior cruciate ligament reconstruction (ACLR) in adolescents commonly utilizes hamstring (HT), patellar (PT) or quadriceps tendon (QT) autografts. Recent studies demonstrated improved outcomes with PT and QT grafts over HT, but consensus is lacking regarding optimal graft choice.
