Abstract
神经鞘瘤又称施万细胞瘤,是周围神经中常见的肿瘤之一,是源于神经鞘膜施万细胞的良性肿瘤.神经鞘瘤常发生囊变,但完全囊变,呈纯囊肿样改变则较少见,易误诊为其他囊性肿瘤.笔者同顾性分析2004年6月至2010年5月经手术病理证实的7例腹膜后囊性神经鞘瘤的CT资料进行分析,以期提高对本病的认识和诊断水平。
