Abstract
Extraction of oil to produce biofuels from Chlorella vulgaris and Dunaliella salina teodor were investigated by supercritical CO2 solution. This study was studied in 8 treatments (salinity, acidity, nutrients) under light and dark conditions for both microalgae. According to the results obtained regarding growth factors, the highest amount of the specific growth rate (SGR), production biomass and CO2 consumption rate were higher in Chlorella vulgaris microalgae. The number of microalgae cells and the pH value at the end of growth period were higher in Chlorella vulgaris microalgae. The results obtained for approximate compositions showed that the amount of fat in Chlorella vulgaris microalgae with salinity shock in the dark conditions was the highest and the lowest value in the treatment of acid shock and salinity in light irradiated conditions in Dunaliella salina teodor. The amount of saturated fatty acids in Chlorella vulgaris microalgae was generally higher than that of Dunaliella salina teodor.
