Abstract

1. Noninclusive systematic errors of the wattmeters that were compared were within the limits determined by independent certification at a low power level. 2. Transmitted-power, bolometric, waveguide wattmeters and ponderomotive wattmeters can be recommended for use as standard, second-order measurement means at a mean power level (0.1–100 W) with error of 1.5–2.0%.
