Abstract

Occupational Health nursing forms a major part of workplace health and risk management; however, both the UK and South Africa have workforce challenges. Both have different histories, support and service needs; however, recent education changes are similar. This comparison explores the uniqueness of each but also those similarities and subtle differences in education changes. The aim is to enlighten the reader but also be thought-provoking and provide the potential of learning from each other.
