Abstract

Because the pathogenesis of trigeminal neuralgia is not clear, there are many clinical treatment techniques, such as nerve block, radiofrequency, balloon compression, craniotomy microvascular decompression and so on. This paper compares the treatment principle, treatment target, best indication, risk and medical resource occupation of each common treatment operation technology, and evaluates their advantages and disadvantages used for reference.
