Abstract
This research paper aims to assess the performance of Flutter, a cross-platform development framework, as compared to other widely-used web development frameworks like ReactJS for developing web applications. The study will analyse the advantages and limitations of each framework with respect to cross-platform compatibility, development time, and community support. The research aims to provide significant insights to web developers seeking to build efficient and user-friendly cross-platform web applications. By comparing the frameworks' performance, this research will offer valuable guidance for selecting the most suitable framework for developing high-performing cross-platform web applications
