Abstract

In order to stimulate students'interest in learning,to develop their clinical thinking ability,innovation and teamwork spirit,Department of Pediatrics,The Third Affiliated Hospital of Luohe Medical College carried out the reform on pediatrics teaching in clinical medicine major,and selected the experimental group and control group students,respectively,to implement problem-based learning(PBL) and lecture-based learning(LBL).After the end of the course,an analysis of two sets of test scores of the students and conduct surveys were implemented.The practice had proved that PBL could enhance students'interest in learning and improve teaching effect.The advantages of PBL and LBL should be combined,and explores of new roodel for clinical teaching should be developed.
