Abstract
1. 1. The values of total amylase activity in human, pig, dog and bovine blood serum are demonstrated. The amylolytic ability of these sera are compared. 2. 2. Several isoenzymes take part in the total amylolytic activity in individual serum. Usually two isoenzyme amylases were found in human serum, while pig serum contained two to three isoamylases, bovine two isoamylases and dog serum one isoamylase.
