Abstract
The modern scientific research requires careful simulation of experiments, as well as rapid and qualitative processing of a large amount of the program code. Optimization of calculations implies both algorithm improvement and usage of high-speed parallel computing technologies. This article compares various ways of parallelizing programs that are used in the ROOT software package.
