Comparative study of the curative effect of conciliation Decoction and Shen Qin Dihuang powder in the treatment of acute renal injury

Abstract

Objective To compare the therapeutic effect of acute kidney injury in the treatment of neutralization of Hejie Fenxiao decoction and Shenqin Dihuang powder. Methods From June 2016 to December 2017, 90 patients with acute kidney injury in our hospital were randomly divided into group A and group B, 45 cases in each group. The group A was given the Hejie Fenxiao decoction. The group B was treated with Shenqin Dihuang powder, and the therapeutic effect and side effects were observed. Results Before treatment, there was no significant difference in renal function index and TCM syndrome score between group A and group B(P>0.05). After treatment, no cases exit, and total effective rate, renal function indexes and TCM syndrome score of group A were better than group B(P<0.05). There was no adverse reactions in the treatment group. Conclusions In the treatment of acute kidney injury, the effective ingredients and combinations of the decoction are better than those of Shenqin Dihuang powder, and the treatment of Hejie Fenxiao decoction is better, which can more effectively relieve symptoms, improve renal function and the quality of life of patients.
