Abstract

Coriolis mass flow meter is widely used in industrial production due to their high precision and high stability. When the traditional phase difference extraction algorithm is used to extract the phase difference, Because of the influence of spectrum leakage, environmental noise and interference, the extraction error of the algorithm increases by using of traditional phase difference extraction algorithms. To improve the accuracy of phase difference extraction, an improved correlation analysis method is proposed in this paper. The improved correlation analysis method combines the Hilbert transform. First, the signals at both ends of the sensor are superimposed, and then the Hilbert transform is performed to form a reference signal, and finally the correlation analysis method is used to solve the phase difference between the original signal and the reference signal. Through simulation experiments, comparing the phase difference extraction accuracy of the improved correlation analysis method with other traditional methods, the improved correlation analysis method has higher measurement accuracy and better stability.
