This paper aims to present the "COMPARATIVE STUDY OF INTERNATIONAL BUSINESS & FINANCIAL ANALYSIS BETWEEN TWO MECHANICAL COMPANIES” BHEL manufactures over 180 products under 30 major products groups and caters to core Indian economy via, power generation and transmission, industry, transportation, tale renewable energy, etc. The quality and reliability of its products is due to emphasis on desk and manufacturing to international standards by acquiring and adapting some of the best tale leading companies in the world, together with technologies development in its own R&D center acquired certifications to ISO-9000, ISO-14001 and OHSAS 18001 management system for its operations has also adopted the concepts of total management.
