Abstract

Feeder cells are frequently used for culture and derivation of human embryonic stem cells (hESC). The aim of this study was to compare three different adult mesenchymal stem cell lineages isolated from the human female reproductive tract (Fallopian tube, menstrual blood, and endometrium) as feeder layers for hESC.
