Abstract

DC-DC Converters (DDC) used to change the level of DC voltage by switching action. These DDC are extensively used in industry as well as emerging topic and follow a line of investigation also. The limitations of these converters are the unregulated power supply. To conquer this dilemma there are a variety of control techniques used in DDC. In this paper, we emphasized control techniques that were used to change the level of voltage and achieve a good response. For DDC control techniques are part of linear and non-linear control method like Voltage mode control (VMC),Current mode control (CMC), Pulse-Integral-Derivative (PID) Control, Sliding Mode Control (SMC) and Fuzzy logic Control (FLC).
