That the action of these drugs would be similar in the human was suggested by their effect on transplanted Sarcoma 180 in mice, and by the resistance to 6CP of a 6MP-resistant strain of Sarcoma 180,2even though 6CP is without significant effect in most strains of mouse leukemia.3Nevertheless, a slightly increased frequency of remission and longer median survival time were observed in the group of adults...Bibliography1.
