Abstract

Braces are believed to be important in the conservative management of osteoporotic compression fractures, although the associated efficacy remains unclear. To date, no prospective, randomized, controlled clinical trials have investigated the efficacy of wearing rigid or soft braces for the management of osteoporotic compression fractures.
