Pork myosin differs from rabbit protein in levels of threonine, lysine, and histidine. 3. 3. Pork myosin differs from beef myosin in its content of proline. 4. 4. No significant differences in sedimentation coefficients, intrinsic viscosities, or migration patterns upon disk-gel electrophoresis were observed between species. 5. 5.
