Abstract
Compares how Standard-Essential Patents (SEP) Are Treated under American and German law. Looks at the differences in rulings and makes a current comparative analysis and adds hypothetical reasoning as to the future in the field of SEP's and SSO's with respect to areas of the law, specifically injunctions.
