Рогов [4, с.203–228; с.517–618] приділяють увагу питанням управління ринковими ризиками та концепції інтегрованого ризик-менеджменту на рівні підприємства. Це і обумовлює актуальність оцінки та управління ризиками для визначення значущості кожного окремого ризику та загального ризикового навантаження, що є супутнім при досягненні загальних цілей підприємства. Детально процес ідентифікації та управління ризиками також розглянуто в COSO Enterprise Risk Management Integrated Framework (2004).
